Pipeline Mortgage Technology Selects LendingForms.com as Alternative Mortgage Forms Content Provider
Agreement Enables Pipeline Solutions Mortgage Users Direct Access to PDF Forms
Southfield, Mich. January 3, 2008 LendingForms.com today announced agreement with California-based Pipeline Mortgage Technology for embedding their standard inventory of mortgage forms into the Pipeline Solutions Suite of mortgage products. Supporting a variety of processes including origination and closing for both Conventional and Government Loan Programs, LendingForms.com provides loan originators a reliable source to obtain their compliant mortgage forms, as well as the additional benefit of using the widely accepted industry standard Adobe .PDF file format for their forms output.
The move to provide LendingForms.com content as part of our native lending platform is very strategic for us, commented Gordon Scott, Managing Partner of Pipeline Solutions. Enabling our clients with tools to make loan origination process quick, efficient and cost effective is our mantra. The ability to provide .PDF forms out of the box will help our users shorten their lending cycle, as well as provide them the ability to select a wide range of providers for secure document delivery services.
For those users who might require alternative file formats such as .PCL or .RTF, LendingForms.com has the additional capability to create or convert their library into such formats. As part of their standard offering, LendingForms.com ensures that its documents remain compliant with federal, state and local requirements, and provides timely updates of those documents to their clients. In addition to the standard library of electronic forms, Pipeline Solutions users will have access to a full complement of other services including custom forms creation and design services, forms library management services, as well as document translation services in multiple languages. Clients will also have access to pre-printed consumer information handbooks and HUD Case Binders at a significant cost savings as compared to other suppliers.
We are very pleased with this alliance as it is a win-win-win for Pipeline, their customers and us, stated Mike Berger, president and CEO of LendingForms.com. Pipeline can offer turnkey loan origination services inclusive of forms production, we are able to further the use of PDF forms throughout the industry, and most importantly, the lenders receive the ability to work with documents that are less expensive to create, maintain, and draw from their mortgage application.
